About Me
I am a filmmaker and still photographer residing in Madison, WI. My current project gives a close look into the story of Ikeda Manabu’s ambitious painting Rebirth, and the people he draws from all over the globe. The stories they bring. The microcosmic world Manabu creates. He created his masterwork at the Chazen Museum of Art in Madison, WI. The painting took almost 3 1/2 years to complete.
Our film, 2 years in the making, was sponsored by the Chazen.
